
China-Zambia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone is one of the first overseas economic and trade cooperation zones established by China in Africa, led by China Nonferrous Metal Mining Group Co., Ltd. (CNMC) for development and located in Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, and Chambishi, the copper-belt province. The cooperation zone is divided into two parks:
Chambishi Park: primarily focused on mining, smelting and supporting industries, leveraging Zambia's abundant copper and cobalt resources.
Lusaka Park: specialized in manufacturing, commercial trade and logistics, and high-tech industries, located near the economic hub of the capital.
