Hunan Yufei Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Yufei Investment"), founded in October 2021 with the approval of Yuhua District People's Government, Changsha City, and fully administered by Yuhua Administration Committee of Changsha Area of China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, is the only district-owned state platform in the core zone of the Pilot Zone for In-Depth China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation. The business scope of Yufei Industrial Investment includes but is not limited to supply chain financial management/services, trade agency, trade consulting, digital content services and non-listed equity investments. Since its foundation, the Company has adhered to its original aspiration of enterprising and forging ahead, prioritizing risk control first, scale second and profitability third, making every effort to preserve and increase state-owned assets, and is committed to the development of the free trade zone and actively building a new height for an export-oriented economy.

First, strengthen supply chain finance empowerment. Establish a supply chain financial services platform to resolve "challenges in financing access and affordability" facing foreign trade enterprises in the FTZ, pilot the "Yuhua Experience" for the FTZ supply chain services and build the "Hunan Model".

Second, solidify the performance in import and export trade. Leverage the leadership of SOE to integrate platform resources with service awareness and risk control priorities, driving higher-level openness of the FTZ and higher-quality development of foreign trade enterprises.

Third, expand the China-Africa comprehensive digital platform. Build China-Africa digital economic and trade platform to seize opportunities of digital economy, enhance digital computing capabilities and explore new models of "industrial digitization and digital industrialization".

Fourth, optimize the cultural study and research initiative between China and Africa. Shoulder the mission of serving as an ambassador for China-Africa economic and cultural promotion, delving into study tours at all levels, embedding China-Africa friendship, economic and cultural exchanges and social practices into the minds of youth, entrepreneurs and politicians.

Fifth, provide comprehensive one-stop agency services for enterprises settling in the FTZ round-the-clock, in the full process, all fields and full cycle, to achieve the goal of time-saving, cost-saving, effort-saving and worry-free service with single-point access, dedicated agent handling, unified documentation and one-visit completion.

Sixth, specialize in major investment and financing services. "Pioneering systems for the Nation and seeking development for the locality" – with bold experimentation, prioritize and fully support strategic industries or key enterprises aligned with national strategies and free trade development.
