Wang Yi stated that China and the Republic of the Congo have always maintained mutual understanding, mutual trust and mutual support, with bilateral relations serving as a model for China-Africa solidarity and cooperation. Under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Sassou Nguesso, China-Congo relations maintain robust momentum, delivering tangible benefits to both peoples and playing a significant role in the development and prosperity of Africa. The Forum on China-Africa Cooperation is the most important platform for China-Africa solidarity and mutual assistance for common development. Supported by African countries, the Republic of the Congo became the African Co-chair of the FOCAC last year. China is willing to work with the Republic of the Congo to actively implement the outcomes of the Beijing Summit, particularly the Ten Partnership Actions, jointly prepare for the ministerial meeting of coordinators on implementation, promote high-quality China-Africa cooperation, and send more positive signals to the world. Facing the turbulent and complex international situation, China and African countries must strengthen solidarity and cooperation to safeguard the common interests of developing countries and promote global peace and stable development.

Gakosso stated that China is a great nation and a sincere friend and partner to the Republic of the Congo as well as all African countries. The Congolese side highly values its role as co-chair of the FOCAC and is willing to work closely with China to prepare for the ministerial meeting of coordinators on the implementation of follow-up Actions of the FOCAC and the China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo to achieve more outcomes in China-Africa cooperation. The international landscape is undergoing rapid changes, and it is believed that China, as an ancient civilization, has the wisdom to find solutions to global challenges and play an even greater role in Africa's peace and stability.
